We are looking for a driven and highly organized Online Booker / Promoter to support the booking and promotion of musicians and bands across international markets. This role focuses on securing live performances, media appearances, and promotional opportunities while managing coordination across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote musicians and bands by pitching, booking, and securing live performances across the US, Canada, and Europe
- Arrange performances at casinos, music venues, fairs, and festivals
- Coordinate logistics for local opening acts, including scheduling and communication
- Manage travel arrangements including flights, lodging, and on-the-road coordination
- Pitch and secure appearances on television talk shows and media platforms
- Coordinate radio interviews, rotation placements, and tour-date promotions
- Facilitate advertising placements on local radio and television stations
- Support overall marketing and promotional campaigns for artists and tours
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in booking, promotions, entertainment, or music industry coordination
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, artists, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience handling media outreach (TV, radio, press) is a strong advantage
