I. JOB SUMMARY
Works closely with the Online Banking Product Manager to develop the online banking services, marketing programs and promotions to ensure growth and meet revenue or efficiency target goals.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Secures proper approvals and perform documentation requirements based on bank's policies and standards.
2. Conducts rigorous testing required for the development and implementation of projects.
3. Ensures regulatory compliance of channels/service handled.
4. Monitors and ensures daily performance of channel/s handled.
5. Handles customer management by sending regular updates and addressing clients concerns received from the different touchpoints (i.e.., Customer Care, branches)
6. Conducts research on market trends on technology and digital channels.
7. Supports execution of business strategy for target markets in coordination with partners (i.e., Marketing Services, BBG, BancNet, Mastercard).
8. Conducts marketing and product training to branches/ sales units.
9. Develops marketing and activation programs to promote assigned channel/s.
10. Monitors assigned products cost vs. revenue/cost-savings.
11. Performs other tasks that he/she may be assigned from time to time by the Online Banking Product Manager or Digital Channels Division Head.
