Job Description

Responsibilities

Transcription: Take notes on key points from live or recorded calls.

Call Preparation: Create daily call lists and meeting agendas, ensuring all participants have necessary materials.

Schedule Coordination: Arrange meetings with clients and team members, managing adjustments or cancellations as needed.

Report Management: Prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators by deadlines.

File Management: Maintain organized virtual files for easy access.

Administrative Tasks: Handle email correspondence and calendar appointments efficiently.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic as a team player.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in digital tools like Google Workspace and Zoom.
