Role Overview: We are seeking a One Identity Manager Specialist/Team Lead who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead a team in delivering high-quality identity and access management (IAM) services. The role involves hands-on technical execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring service delivery aligns with organizational security standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as SME in One Identity Manager, providing technical guidance and leadership
Lead and collaborate with the team to deliver IAM services effectively
Take ownership of team-level decisions and ensure alignment with security policies
Provide solutions to security and access management challenges across teams
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with business goals
Configure, manage, and optimize One Identity Manager solutions
Monitor service delivery performance and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and standards
Identify risks, incidents, and gaps; implement timely remediation actions
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members to enhance capability
Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes, tools, and service delivery
Professional & Technical Skills
Minimum of 3 yrs relevant experience in One Identity Manager
Strong understanding of IAM principles (provisioning, governance, access certification)
Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and administration of One Identity Manager
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
Experience in identity lifecycle management and access control processes
Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions
Experience integrating One Identity Manager with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, HR systems, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must be amenable to work in a hybrid work set up, with possible shifting schedule at Cybergate Tower 1, Mandaluyong
