Role Overview: We are looking for an Associate Manager with deep expertise in One Identity Manager to lead IAM service delivery, manage teams, and drive strategic security initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to align IAM operations with organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary decision-maker for IAM delivery and team operations
Lead, manage, and develop a team of IAM professionals to achieve high performance
Act as SME and escalation point for complex One Identity Manager issues
Drive key decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders
Align IAM strategies with enterprise security and business objectives
Oversee configuration, implementation, and optimization of One Identity Manager
Monitor service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and audit requirements
Lead incident management, including root cause analysis and preventive actions
Establish governance and best practices for identity and access management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and service delivery
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, reporting, and executive-level updates
Professional & Technical Skills
Minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience in One Identity Manager
Strong knowledge of IAM architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks
Extensive experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions
Ability to lead large-scale IAM initiatives and service delivery operations
Strong background in integrating IAM tools with enterprise and cloud environments
Experience handling audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Must be amenable to work in a hybrid work set up, with possible shifting schedule at Cybergate Tower 1, Mandaluyong
