Position Overview:
The Oncology Product Specialist at Lotus Pharmaceutical, Philippines is responsible for promoting our portfolio of oncology products and driving sales within their designated territory. This role involves extensive interaction with healthcare professionals, including oncologists, hematologists, urologists and key opinion leaders (KOLs), to ensure the effective communication of product information and the establishment of strong professional relationships.
Location:Based out of Cebu, Visayas. Coverage to include Cebu, Bohol, Iloilo, Dumaguete City, Bacolod, and Tacloban

Qualifications for the Role:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) are preferred but not required.
Experience:
Skills Required:
1.Strong understanding of oncology market and products, as well as awareness of industry regulations and compliance standards.
2.Analytical skills to identify market trends.
3.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4.Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools.
5.Strong organizational and time management skills.
Location and Travel:
This position will be based out of Metro Cebu, Philippines and requires travel within the assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and attend relevant conferences and meetings, adhering to the daily average customer calls.
