Onboarding Specialist

Join a highly collaborative team as an Onboarding Specialist and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for our client in the renewable energy sector This role will give you the chance to work with various stakeholders and build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented onboarding specialist to join our team. In this role, you will guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organisation. Responsible for integrating both local and international (foreign) hires, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience for a diverse workforce.

What You'll Do:

·Manage end to end onboarding for new hires, including Local Foreign Hires and expatriates relocating from one country to another, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition.

·Provide relocation and transition support for foreign hires and expats, including guidance on local requirements, documentation, and available resources to support successful integration.

·Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with values and culture. Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.

·Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process. Collaborating with the local teams, Admin, IT, P&C, Mobility, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

·Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation. Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.

·Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials.

·Conduct orientation sessions, schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new hires throughout the process. Ensuring completion of paperwork; Assisting new hires with the completion necessary paperwork, including employee forms, benefits enrolment, and IT setup.

You'll Bring:

·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·5+ years of recruitment and onboarding experience with proven success in employee retention and onboarding program management.

·Strong expertise in APAC onboarding practices, HR policies, employment laws, and labor regulations across Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and Australia.

·Skilled in ensuring compliance throughout the onboarding process while maintaining an exceptional employee experience.

·Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with new hires and stakeholders.

·Adaptable and flexible in supporting diverse employee populations and varying onboarding needs.

·Experienced in collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams in corporate environments.

·Knowledgeable in current and emerging recruitment technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors ATS and AI-powered recruiting tools.

·Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
