Key Responsibilities:
Handles the end to end process of pre-boarding of new hires.
Knowledge mastery and filing of pre-employment requirements checklist up to deployment on their first day.
Coordinates and assists new hire employees.
Responsible for discussion, collection, follow up, checking, compliance monitoring and records keeping of all pre employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results and other licensing requirements, etc.)
Coordinates with internal teams within the company to complete specific onboarding tasks in a timely manner and to re-solve basic issues.
Handles company ID creation and replacements.
Point person in 201 filing.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field.
Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to perform any given task/s with MS Office applications
Salary Package: 20,000-28,000 PHP
