Job Description

The Onboarding Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and completing the operational components of clinician onboarding with precision and efficiency. This role focuses on ordering, uploading, and verifying documentation within defined SLAs to ensure onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time. The Onboarding Operations Specialist is a critical driver of operational excellence, quality, and consistency across the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Order, upload, and manage required onboarding documentation in TCoD and related systems
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted documents against facility-specific protocols
  • Set up and manage background checks, health screenings, and related onboarding requirements
  • Ensure correct selection of services, panels, and authorizations during setup
  • Monitor and manage pending, suppressed, and At-Risk items to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate clearly with Credentialing partners regarding file status and required corrections
  • Ensure documentation is processed within defined SLAs, ensuring achievement of OnTime Starts (OTS%) and other efficiency metrics.
  • Maintain accurate status updates in Pulse and related tools
  • Identify process gaps or recurring issues and escalate trends as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISMS standards, and all regulatory requirements, including state-specific and facility-specific onboarding protocols.
  • Work across different assignment types, managing projects or facilities with unique processes and complexities.
  • Manage cyclical volume demands and adapt to shifting operational needs

Requirements:

  • At least college level; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in US voice campaigns in the BPO industry is required
  • Experience in RPO, shared services, credentialing, or HR recruitment is a plus
  • At least 35 WPM, and must demonstrate proficiency in basic Windows operations and use of miscellaneous office equipment (fax, printer, copier)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must meet a minimum CEFR B2 proficiency level in both written and spoken English
  • Must meet minimum standards for cognitive assessments and all other required prehiring evaluations (e.g., multitasking, customer service simulations).
  • Experience working in a process-driven or operational role
  • Ability to manage high-volume, transactional work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfort navigating multiple systems and workflows
  • Ability to follow standardized processes while applying sound judgment
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional tea
  • Must be willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be flexible to work during US time zones.
