Job Description

Overview

Join a fast-growing behavioral health organization and lead the mission-critical task of preparing our remote workforce for success. You will bridge the gap between hiring and performance by mastering our virtual systems, EHR platforms, and peer support workflows to ensure every new hire is confident and fully equipped from day one.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) | Aligned with U.S. business hours (EST preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for newly hired team members
  • Train employees on virtual systems and tools including Zoom, Google Slides, screen sharing, Adobe Sign, and EHR/EMR platforms
  • Guide new hires through behavioral health workflows, procedures, and company expectations
  • Support train-the-trainer style onboarding programs
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support during training sessions
  • Ensure all onboarding steps, training modules, and compliance requirements are completed
  • Maintain organized records of training attendance, progress, and completion
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve training systems and onboarding workflows
  • Help reduce onboarding confusion and improve new hire readiness and retention
  • Assist with basic reporting and tracking using Google Sheets or Excel

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training, onboarding, coaching, or education roles
  • Strong technical proficiency with virtual tools and remote systems
  • Experience using Zoom, Google Workspace, screen sharing, and presentation tools
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain systems and processes clearly to non-technical users
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple trainees and onboarding workflows simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
  • Professional and empathetic communication style
