Job Description

Qualifications:

  • At least 4-year relevant experience in Onboarding new hires in a Shared Services setting
  • Onboarding - Perform end to end onboarding process, rollout verbal offer, contract creation and pre-employment/statutory requirements monitoring and update, medical exam and Background check completion monitoring and update, and provide onboarding and access management instruction to hiring managers
  • Data Management - Update tracker/s and generate reports and Workday Management
  • Others - Act as back-up initial interviewer
