The Role
As a Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our clients first — and most critical — experience with Hostify. You'll own the onboarding journey from day one, ensuring new clients get up and running quickly, confidently, and successfully. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technical know-how and customer relationships.

What We're Looking For
Onboarding & Training Period
To set you up for lasting success in this role, the first three months will be dedicated to an immersive onboarding and training program. During this period, you'll work embedded within our Technical Support team, building deep, hands-on knowledge of the Hostify platform — how it works, how clients use it, and how we solve problems at scale. By the time you transition fully into the Customer Success role, you'll have the technical grounding and product expertise to handle any client situation with confidence.
