Onboarding and Compliance Specialist

TheNew Hire Onboarding Specialistoversees the scheduling, tracking, and compliance of pre-employment requirements while addressing related issues. The role also supports process automation to streamline recruitment tasks and manages New Hire Orientation, vendor partnerships, and contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide New Hires Through Requirements Explain pre-employment requirements, deadlines, and follow up on inquiries.
• Manage Pre-Employment Processes Endorse candidates to Pre-employment medical exams (PEME) and background checks, ensuring timely processing.
• Track and Report Compliance Update dashboards, monitor compliance, and escalate issues as needed. Provide bi-monthly reports.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) Organize and deliver orientation sessions, distribute New Hire Kits, and ensure survey completion.
• Send Follow-Ups for Incomplete Documents Email reminders to new hires with missing requirements and escalate non-compliance cases to HR Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreein Psychology or any related course (preferred).
• Fresh graduatesare welcome to apply.

• Detail-orientedwith strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skillsand the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
