Role Description:

The Onboard Sales Executive – Aesthetic Treatments & Jewelry Services is responsible for promoting and selling aesthetic beauty treatments, wellness services, jewelry products, and related services while delivering an exceptional client experience aboard a cruise ship. This role focuses on understanding guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic onboard environment. The Sales Executive contributes to the company's growth and revenue objectives by maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role may also support sales activities related to permanent jewelry and piercing services while representing the company professionally and upholding exceptional hospitality standards for international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
  • Promote and upsell jewelry products, aesthetic beauty treatments, wellness services, and related offerings.
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Convert customer inquiries, walk-ins, and leads into successful sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant client experience.
  • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business, treatment bookings, and referrals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster client loyalty through personalized service and ongoing engagement.

3. Product and Service Expertise

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of jewelry products, permanent jewelry services, aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and current promotions.
  • Educate clients on product features, treatment benefits, aftercare requirements, and available packages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, jewelry styles, and market developments.
  • Confidently communicate the value and benefits of products and services to prospective clients.

4. Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand standards.
  • Maintain a polished and customer-focused presence at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and business objectives.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in aesthetic clinics, medical spas (med spas), beauty and wellness centers, jewelry sales, luxury retail, or similar industries.
  • Former Aesthetician, Beauty Consultant, Treatment Coordinator, Med Spa Consultant, or candidates with experience in piercing services or permanent jewelry sales are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Willing to be assigned onboard a cruise ship for contracts of six (6) months or longer.
  • Willing and able to process and complete all required employment, travel, and onboarding documents in the Philippines prior to deployment.
  • Must be eligible to obtain necessary travel documents, visas, and certifications required for cruise ship employment.
