Job Summary
The Finance and HR Intern will assist in supporting the daily operations of the Finance and Human Resources Departments. The intern will gain hands-on experience in administrative, financial, and HR functions and may be assigned to Finance or HR based on operational requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Finance Support
Assist in maintaining financial records and documents
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Help prepare invoices and monitor payments
Assist in data entry and updating financial records
Organize and file receipts and financial documents
Support expense monitoring and basic reconciliation tasks
HR Support - Recruitment
Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing and screening applicants
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
General Administrative Support
Perform clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Assist in preparing reports and documentation
Maintain organized filing systems
Support departmental projects and initiatives
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
Good communication skills
Reliable and responsible
