On-site Procurement Specialist (No experience required/ Tuas/ Pharmaceutical)

Responsibiliites

. Support end-to-end purchasing activities: prepare RFQs/RFPs, collect and compare supplier quotations, and recommend suppliers for approval.

. Raise and track purchase orders (POs), follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.

. Assist with tender documentation, basic contract administration and commercial change tracking under manager guidance.

. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance, China project team) to resolve day-to-day procurement issues.

. Maintain supplier records, vendor evaluations and procurement databases support onboarding and qualification activities.

. Ensure procurement actions comply with internal policies and local regulations maintain audit-ready documentation.

. Produce regular procurement reports and help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering field.
