Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dumaguete for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day technical support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for end-users. Responsibilities include managing help desk support requests, maintaining IT systems, and collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and basic Information Technology practices
  • Skills in Help Desk Support and resolving user issues efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills tailored for non-technical users
  • Ability to work on-site and provide hands-on IT support
  • Relevant training or certifications in IT support are a plus (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate [MCSA])
