Coordinating and administering therapeutic IV treatments and infusions
Developing care plans for the consistent clients
Educating patients and caregivers
Managing complications with infusion therapies
Monitoring patient responses to treatment
Performing patient assessments
Reviewing lab reports and drug information
Create and maintain positive customer relations for home infusion and other in-home services programs
Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, or alternate living site (transpo service is provided)
Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the company
Strong venous access skills must be able to access peripheral veins
Previous home infusion experience is strongly preferred
Nursing Degree, BSN preferred
2-5 Years of relevant working experience
Preferred work of 3 years providing patient care in an ambulatory health care environment
Must possess strong patient care skills participative and team-building management skills
