As an OMF Deployment Leader at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our organization's human capital with its overarching business goals. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on analyzing workforce trends, applying HR strategies, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your work will involve forecasting workforce needs and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the workforce and drive organizational success.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree/Tertiary qualifications in Management or other business-related courses
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
