As an OMF Deployment Consultant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives within our People Strategy group. You will focus on analyzing workforce trends, applying HR strategies, and enhancing employee experiences to drive organizational success. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will analyze and forecast workforce needs, confirming the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right positions. You will develop strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the workforce, driving organizational success within our Internal Firm Services practice.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Experience in audit-related processes and analysis at a service delivery centre or similar will be advantageous
- Understanding of accounting and business concepts and regulatory requirements will be advantageous
