We're seeking for Provisioning Engineer to join Singtel Philippines while providing critical support to Singtel Singapore operations. This is your chance to be part of a regional team that connects people, businesses, and communities across the Singtel Group.

About the role:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage, track and implement service on OLLC services, inclusive of international leased circuit, global internet and transport circuits.
Ensure that all service deliveries are tracked and managed and services are delivered according to schedule, project plan and customer requirement.
Work with internal stakeholder, System Integrators, Partners and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve customer network problem during implementation.
Liaise with local partners , customer to conduct circuit testing.
Ensure diversity requirement are delivered accordingly
Track and monitor works-order job activities and update timely. To close order upon service commissioning.
Ensure proper verification of configuration prior to commissioning.
To update customers records, network connectivity, network diagrams into SMOD.
To carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in network implementation, service provisioning, deployment, technical support, or network operations.
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network solutions, including SD-WAN, MPLS IPVPN, WAN, LAN, and routing & switching environments.
Experience with at least one SD-WAN platform, such as Cisco SD-WAN (preferred), Aruba Silver Peak, VMware VeloCloud, or Fortinet Secure SD-WAN.
Experience working in Telecommunications, ISP, Managed Services, or System Integration is preferred.
Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, VLANs, STP, LACP, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, etc.
Working knowledge of network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, authentication services, and wireless networking solutions.
Familiarity with change management processes, implementation methodologies, and IT service management best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues in multi-vendor environments.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, or equivalent networking certifications are preferred.
SD-WAN vendor certifications are an advantage, with Cisco SD-WAN certifications highly desirable.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
