OJT - Human Resources Intern

Grind Tech is an abrasives company serving the construction and industrial industry. We offer competitive abrasive products to cater to a variety of businesses, manufacturers, and end-users in the Philippine market and have been trusted by our clientele for over 50 years. We are currently expanding our operations, and we are seeking interns to work in our main office located in Quezon City.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities and organizing employee trainings
• Assist in other HR administrative tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time

Qualifications:

• Must be a college student currently enrolled in an undergraduate course in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources Development Management, or any similar field
• Can render a minimum of 150 hours
• Fast learner and a self-starter.
