Job Description:
Conduct seller performance analysis, develop and implement recommendations for brands and sellers in order to maximize commercial performance through marketing solutions such as Facebook Collaborative Ads (CPAS), Google Ads (GSA/GAS), and affiliate programs.
- Analyze seller behavior, investment trends, and adoption across various marketing products, focusing on offsite solutions (CPAS, Google Ads, and affiliate programs).
- Monitor the effectiveness and trends of current programs, initiatives, and packages to identify key growth drivers and potential bottlenecks.
- Build predictive models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analyses on seller and brand marketing campaigns to evaluate ROI and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop, optimize, and implement monetization strategies and marketing packages to maximize commercial performance for brands and sellers.
- Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive seller growth and improve the adoption of marketing solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related quantitative field
- With a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis and/or strategy
- With 2-3 years of experience in maximizing commercial performance and ROI through offsite marketing solutions, including Facebook Collaborative Ads (CPAS), Google Ads (GSA/GAS), and affiliate programs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google spreadsheet and basic SQL skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and innovative approach in problem solving
- Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry
- Amenable to work in Podium West Tower, Pasig
- Flexible to work long hours on occasion
