Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly capable Offshore Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist to support U.S.-based recruiting operations. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying passive candidates for accounting, finance, HR, and administrative roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with U.S.-based professionals, understands accounting and finance role structures, and can independently manage outreach, screening, and interview scheduling. This is not a resume-only sourcing rolethe recruiter must actively assess candidate motivation and professionally represent the recruiting team in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (email and phone) to engage passive U.S.-based candidates.
  • Pitch open roles clearly and assess candidate experience, motivation, and fit.
  • Qualify candidates and schedule interviews directly on U.S. recruiters calendars.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and notes within the ATS.
  • Support recruiting for roles including:
    • Senior Accountant
    • Accounting Manager
    • Controller
    • CFO
    • HR Manager
    • Administrative / Executive Assistant roles
  • Meet productivity targets (e.g., 810 qualified interviews scheduled per week).
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based recruiters and follow structured recruitment workflows.
