We are looking for a skilled and proactive Offshore Dynamics NAV / Business Central Consultant to support ERP systems, assist with migrations, and provide technical and functional support across business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environments in a collaborative remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand member business operations to provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Assist with data migration projects from NAV2015 and/or BC13 to Business Central Online using Configuration Packages
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time
- Provide help desk and user support when required
- Participate in an after-hours support rotation (approximately 1 week per month; after-hours calls are rare)
- Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, and helpdesk systems
- Support system administration tasks including:
- Desktop support
- Active Directory administration
- Password resets
- Basic server tasks and troubleshooting
- Gather information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system maintenance activities
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Strong proficiency with On-Prem NAV and/or Business Central, particularly:
- Configuration Packages
- Data migration support
- Functional troubleshooting
Highly Desirable
- Experience with NAV Developer Environment
- Basic knowledge of writing SQL Queries
