As we continue to deepen our offline footprint, we are looking for an Offline Sales Manager to drive retail expansion and execution across the country.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Country Manager, Philippines, the Offline Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing Anker's offline retail business across the Philippines. You will drive sell-through across our own-branded stores, multi-brand retail partners, and distributor-managed channels. Your core mission is to expand retail coverage, elevate in-store brand experience, and deliver revenue and profitability targets. This is a hands-on role requiring deep retail channel expertise and the ability to work closely with distributor partners and retail store teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own offline channel revenue and sell-through targets for the Philippines market across all product categories
- Develop and execute the offline retail strategy, including store expansion planning, channel partner selection, and territory coverage optimization
- Manage day-to-day operations with the local distributor (NAVCO Group) on offline retail execution — store operations, inventory management, merchandising, and field team deployment
- Drive retail excellence across all touchpoints: ensure premium in-store execution, planogram compliance, brand visibility, and consistent customer experience
- Identify and onboard new offline retail partners — modern trade, specialty electronics retailers, telecom channels, and regional dealers — to expand market coverage beyond Metro Manila
- Plan and execute in-store promotional activities, product launches, and brand activation campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team
- Build and maintain a reliable retail sales forecasting process by store and by channel; coordinate with supply chain and distributor teams on inventory planning and allocation
- Monitor store-level performance (footfall, conversion, attach rate, sell-through by SKU) and take data-driven corrective actions
- Lead the training and development of distributor sales teams and in-store promoters on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand storytelling
- Analyze competitive retail activity, pricing, and merchandising strategies; adjust tactics to maintain competitive advantage
- Conduct regular store visits and market tours to stay close to frontline execution and consumer behavior
What We're Looking For
- 5-8+ years of retail sales or channel management experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, mobile devices, or related industries in the Philippines
- Proven track record of managing offline retail channels and consistently meeting or exceeding sell-through targets
- Deep understanding of the Philippine offline retail landscape — experience working with modern trade, specialty retail chains, telecom retail, and regional distributors
- Experience managing or working closely with a local distributor partner is strongly preferred
- Strong operational mindset — ability to manage store-level P&L, retail KPIs, inventory turns, and field team performance
- Hands-on leadership style: comfortable in stores, on the road, and working directly with store managers and frontline sales teams
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with retail partners and distributor stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven — able to read retail sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into action
- Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog); additional regional languages (Cebuano, Ilonggo) are a strong plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
