Key Responsibilities:
Offline Agent Recruitment & Management
- Identify, approach, and recruit potential agents through on-site visits and face-to-face engagement.
- Guide agents through onboarding and account setup.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to support agent activity, performance, and retention.
Field Promotion & Local Activation
- Execute offline promotional activities such as mall activations, merchant visits, and local events.
- Coordinate and deploy offline materials (T-shirts, QR standees, posters, stickers).
- Ensure all on-site activities follow company guidelines and reporting standards.
Mall & Merchant Channel Development
- Conduct field visits to malls, food courts, office buildings, and community locations.
- Approach merchants or tenants and convert them into long-term agent partners.
- Assist with basic coordination related to booths, displays, or promotional placement.
On-site Reporting & Execution Tracking
- Record daily field activities, merchant visits, and agent status updates.
- Maintain accurate on-site records, including contacts, progress, and cooperation status.
- Provide basic weekly summaries of field outcomes and observations.
Market Feedback & Insights
- Collect frontline feedback from merchants and agents regarding cooperation conditions and challenges.
- Share insights to improve offline strategy and execution efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in offline sales, field marketing, merchant acquisition, or business development.
- Skills & Traits:
- Comfortable with face-to-face communication and on-site pitching.
- Strong execution mindset, high self-discipline, and willingness to work in outdoor, field-based settings.
- Highly organized and accountable team player with good attendance records, low absenteeism
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with mall promotions, booth activations, or street-level marketing.
- Background in gaming, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
Language Requirements
- Proficient in Filipino and English (spoken and written).
