The Main Inventory Management Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate, controlled, and compliant inventory of aircraft materials within the warehouse, ensuring availability and integrity of stock to support maintenance operations. He or she has primary accountability for day-to-day inventory control, including binning, stock accuracy, material identification, and system alignment, ensuring that all materials are properly stored, tracked, and available when required.

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree Holder on any related courses such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or material control
• Experience in handling aircraft materials or inventory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong foundation in stock control, binning, and inventory transactions.
• Excellent Communication and Workload Management Skills

Major Responsibility Areas

• Responsible for managing inventory movements within the warehouse, including transfers, binning, reclassification, and adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and system recording.
• Supports cycle counting, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
• Ensures that inventory storage conditions, labeling, and binning practices meet operational and regulatory standards.
• Implement continuous improvement in inventory control processes, accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
