Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, trustworthy and versatile Office Utility / Company Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including driving and logistics, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.

Driving and Logistics:

  • Coordinate and manage deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Run errands as needed, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Office Maintenance:

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining office equipment and furniture.

Must-have qualifications:

  • Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of experience as a driver or in a similar driver/office utility role
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

 

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School education or equivalent
  • Experience performing basic office maintenance and cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, waste disposal)
  • Experience managing deliveries, pickups, and office supply inventory
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and furniture setup and maintenance
