Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, trustworthy and versatile Office Utility / Company Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including driving and logistics, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Driving and Logistics:
- Coordinate and manage deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain and manage office supplies inventory.
- Run errands as needed, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining office equipment and furniture.
Must-have qualifications:
- Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of experience as a driver or in a similar driver/office utility role
- Must be located in commutable distance to Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines
Qualifications:
- Senior High School education or equivalent
- Experience performing basic office maintenance and cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, waste disposal)
- Experience managing deliveries, pickups, and office supply inventory
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and furniture setup and maintenance
