Job Description

Work Modality: Onsite

Location: JY Square, Cebu city, 6000 Cebu

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm CST ( 9 pm to 6 am next day Cebu time)

Job description:

Support their team by handling all aspects, both internal as well as client and carrier facing for each account after the business is bound (won!). This includes processing of endorsements, issuing binders, issuing invoices, collecting and filing account documents, checking policies, and following up on outstanding information.

Responsibilities: Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Internally clear new business submission

• Assist with the preparation of binders and invoices

• Organize and prepare bound policies as needed

• Prepare policy delivery letters

• Prepare money and non-money endorsement letters including invoicing as needed

• Pull corresponding file and assist with suspense items

• Prepare file for renewal by obtaining renewal application and loss runs from market and prepare letter to agent

• Prepare and organize bound policy files

• Prepare correspondence as directed

• Handle claims and loss run requests

• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Basic understanding and application of concepts, practices and procedures related to insurance, typically acquired through specialized/technical training beyond high school and/or 1-2 years of job-related experience

• Strong computer knowledge including, but not limited to, all of Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal/written communication skills and basic math skills

• Willingness to learn

• Positive attitude with the ability to identify and resolve problems

• Detail oriented

• Heavy word processing/keying required

• Handle multiple tasks

• Organize tasks effectively
