*This is for a 6 months project-based contract employment.

JOB SUMMARY:

Operations Assistant – Registration supports the Registration Team Lead by performing; 1) accurate preparation of documentary requirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration and 2) qualifies taxes and ensures it is paid on-time to avoid penalties and delinquencies.

It is expected from the specialist to send daily productivity report to his/her team lead, regularly gives feedback with regards to the process, issues and concerns in relation to title transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end titling processes, including payment of RPT, CWT, DST, and other taxes related to property titling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely processing of title-related documents.
  • Maintain organized records and reports of payments and transactions.
  • Support continuous process improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in titling and payment of related taxes (RPT, CWT, DST, etc.).
  • Preferably with experience in real estate or developer companies.
  • Shows leadership potential or readiness to take on leadership roles in the future.
  • Presentable and with a pleasing personality.
  • Can work independently and respond confidently to situational questions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP.
  • Office-based role.
