Position: Office Secretary
Location: Manresa, Banawe Quezon City
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (8AM - 5PM)
Job Responsibilities
Handle office administrative tasks
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Organize and maintain files and documents
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Support daily office operations
Qualifications
College graduate of Business Management, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management.
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email correspondence
Able to handle confidential documents and multitask efficiently
Complete Mandatory requirements [SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI]
