The internship provides
students with practical exposure to administrative and operational functions within the Office of the Vice President. Interns will gain hands-on experience in organizational processes, documentation, and coordination, supporting the departments initiatives and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining departmental records and reports.
- Support coordination of meetings, events, and departmental activities.
- Contribute to drafting and circulating official communications and documentation.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Observe and learn about organizational management practices within the OVP.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in
BSBA in Operations Management or any related course, including:
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing Management
- Financial Management
- Office Administration
- Entrepreneurship
- Must be endorsed by the school for internship/OJT.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
- Demonstrates willingness to extend service beyond the required school-rendered hours.
