Job Description

Work Schedule: Makati City

Monday to Saturday (On-site)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Wellness Center. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, maintaining exceptional client experiences, optimizing business processes, and leading a high-performing team dedicated to wellness and excellence. Position Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the wellness center.

Qualifications

  • Education Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or a related service industry.

  • Thorough understanding of healthcare or wellness operations, compliance requirements, and service excellence standards.
