Job Description/SummaryThe Office Manager is responsible for managing academic schedules, departmental documents, and budget. They also handle student and faculty affairs, including advising, processing applications, and coordinating department events and communications. Additionally, they oversee the department's online presence and administrative tasks of subordinates, if applicable. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree holder; Master's degree preferredMinimum of two (2) years of relevant work experiencePreferably with experience in people managementDemonstrates excellent administrative and clerical skills and best practicesPossesses advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.)Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skillsHighly dependable, trustworthy, and service-orientedStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsMaintains a high level of integrity
