Expectation is to be able to perform general upkeep, inspections, and repairs on buildings (internal and external), equipment (lights, machinery, etc), and grounds, handling tasks like plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping to ensure facilities run safely and efficiently, using various hand/power tools and following safety protocols.
