Job Description

Office Fit-Out Project Coordinator

  • Project Based Work
  • Must have previous experience as project coordinator in office fit out projects
  • Can do this part-time and flexible hours

Responsibilities:

  • Act as coordinator/liason between Unit Owner and private contractors
  • Schedule meetings, make meeting notes, do follow-ups to Unit Owner and contractors of their deliverables
  • Process relevant papers/permits/documentations in relation to the project
  • Perform other relevant admin tasks in relation to the project.
