Office Fit-Out Project Coordinator

- Must have previous experience as project coordinator in office fit out projects
- Can do this part-time and flexible hours
Responsibilities:
- Act as coordinator/liason between Unit Owner and private contractors
- Schedule meetings, make meeting notes, do follow-ups to Unit Owner and contractors of their deliverables
- Process relevant papers/permits/documentations in relation to the project
- Perform other relevant admin tasks in relation to the project.
