Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation such as contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams regarding materials, schedules, and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project correspondences, reports, and approvals.
  • Support site engineers and project managers in resolving technical and administrative issues.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and assist in procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, transmittals, and other project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in similar position is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
