Job Description:

Supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs for the offshore team by performing multi-functional roles (Coordinator, Process Analyst, Specialist, and Administrative Support) across:

  • Business License Processing
  • Property Tax Processing
  • Payroll Tax Processing
  • Benefits Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks accurately and within timelines, following client and project requirements.
  • Adhere to established workflows, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Gather, review, and prepare necessary data and documentation.
  • Participate in process walkthroughs and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Team Leader and SME for updates, issues, and client concerns.
  • Follow team schedules and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain trackers (e.g., Smartsheet) to ensure organized and accurate monitoring of tasks.
  • Perform precise data entry and client demographic matching with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage client communication, identify data gaps, and conduct accurate data and numerical validation.
  • Apply process-specific knowledge to complete tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper issue resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or any similar course.

2. Must be willing to work in graveyard shift and follow US business hours and Holidays.

3. Must be amenable to work in Ortigas onsite Monday-Friday

4. Good Communication skills is a must.
