About the Role

Due to continued growth for our services we are looking for an experienced Office and Events Coordinator to join our Sydney office on a part-time basis. You will be providing administration support to the Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordination of Seven's socials and client events
  • Coordinate with IT support on all office equipment and troubleshooting
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires
  • Assist the Head Office team with ad hoc tasks
  • Set up of Laptop & software for new hires

What you bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
