About The Job
The primary role is to welcome and attend to the needs of employees and HCPH guests in their use of the office facilities and to help make their stay and use of office space and assets as efficient, safe and productive as possible.
What You'll Do
- Organize and coordinate recruitment and training activities in 3rd party premises.
- Facilitates recruitment processes (coordination of pre-employment requirements, medical examination, examination/tests management, on-boarding).
- Manages equipment stock and inventory report.
- Organize office operations and procedures to make sure office running well.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
- In charge for local warehouse of IT and procurement supplies.
- Handle employee grievance and escalate to Head Office.
- Issuance of ID Card/email ID/ IT support in coordination with Head Office.
- Perform basic bookkeeping (petty cash), filing, reconciliations and clerical duties.
- Liaise/coordinate for courier dispatch/delivery of documents between Head Office and local office.
- Maintain the office infrastructure support in coordination with IT/Facilities/HR at head office. (work station/Laptop/webcam/Desktop).
- Coordinate vendors/3rd parties (which can cover housekeeping, maintenance, supplies/supplier).
- MIS (to control the cost and keeping the tab on the timely payments of the vendor).
What You Need To Have
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Administrative position.
- Good computer literacy - MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to handle multi-tasking.
- Efficient and adaptable with good all-round administrative abilities.
- Honest, precise, initiative, hard-working, fast-learner, cooperative, problem-solver, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized, self-motivated and goals driven
