Responsibilities:
Ensures that office day-to-day activities are seamlessly happening.
Creates and maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical.
ID creation and replacement
Locker allocation
Biometrics enrollment and system management
Processes purchase orders and procurement of office requirements.
Prepares housekeeping and security group work schedules.
Point person for office upkeep and cleanliness.
Assist in other admin-related tasks
Requirements
At least 6 months HR/Admin experience
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
Willing to report onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
