Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and packed the parts based on the correct packaging method
- Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, incorrect labels, or other quality issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packaging equipment.
- Follow company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work effectively with production, quality control, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
- Associate degree or at least 2 years in college
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Basic ability to read production instructions and complete workplace records.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
