Role Description

We are seeking an Ocean Freight Executive – Import & Export to join EFL Philippines in our Pasay City office. The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end movement of ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely booking, accurate documentation, shipment visibility, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight import and export shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and e-Manifests.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with customs and carrier requirements.
• Update shipment records in CargoWise and maintain operational documentation.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
• Support invoicing and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of ocean freight, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CargoWise experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
