OCDIO PMO Coordinator

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project administration within a global corporate environment Join JTI GBS and play a key role in supporting strategic D&IT projects by managing project financials, coordinating vendor processes, maintaining governance controls, and ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Manage project budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting activities
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders while ensuring compliance with internal controls and processes
• Coordinate consultant timesheet submissions and Goods Receipt (GR) bookings
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, including documentation, meeting coordination, and process improvements
• Support SharePoint administration and PMO governance activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of administrative experience in a multinational corporate environment
• Experience supporting project management or PMO activities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, and SharePoint
• Excellent English communication skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
