Occupational Therapist

Tiny Thinkers Learning Center provides exceptional care and education for children aged 1.5 years to 4 years and 11 months in a safe and nurturing environment. The center is dedicated to fostering growth, exploration, and fun through well-structured programs and engaging activities. Tiny Thinkers Learning Center also offers after-school care services, allowing children free use of toys, materials, and facilities under the guidance of qualified teachers. The center's mission is to support child development while creating a welcoming and inclusive space for every family.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Metro Manila. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized therapy plans to support children's developmental needs. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with children to improve their motor skills, coordination, and social-emotional development. Collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to support holistic growth is a key aspect of the role.

• Experience in Occupational Therapy, with a focus on developing and implementing therapy plans
• Knowledge of Pediatrics and Rehabilitation to address the developmental needs of children effectively
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
• Background in Medicine is beneficial
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Relevant licensure and certifications are required
