Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist

Sandbox Clinic Greenhills is looking for passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment that values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth

For Both Roles:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients needs (developmental, speech, language, sensory, or functional)
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one and/or group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, PTs, SpEd teachers, psychologists) for holistic care
• Monitor, document, and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Educate and guide parents, caregivers, and teachers for home and school carryover
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training programs
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and high-quality standards of care

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist (OT):

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC) – new passers are welcome to apply
• Passion for working with pediatric and/or neurodiverse clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to mentorship and continuous learning

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):

• Licensed or registered Speech-Language Pathologist in the Philippines
• Relevant certifications or credentials are an advantage
• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and swallowing assessment and treatment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
