About The Job
The main responsibility is monitoring of employees health condition and compliance in Occupational Safety and Health Standards .
What You'll Do
- - Attend daily employee/client's health needs and facilitates transfer of patients that needs emergency care.
- -Administer first aid and basic life support when need arises
- - Telemedicine across AOR
- -Collaborate with physician, co-nurses, and OSH Supervisor/Manager to devise individualized care plans for patients/employees
- -Dispense over the counter drugs and prescribed medications accordingly.
- -Manages, facilitate , and maintain systematic filing and storage of employees records in matters of Pre-placement Examination, Annual Physical examination and other relevant records, and reports
- -Perform on-time Medical Certificate validation and issuance of Fit to Work
- - Ensure accurate Clinic Trackers for Employee's Health Monitoring such as but not limited to Covid Monitoring, Food and Waterborne Diseases Tracker, and OSH App
- -Prepare and maintain Monthly Clinic Operation Update, Annual Medical Report, and other pertinent reports as required
- -Provide and maintain EC Logbook for identified work-related accidents/injuries
- -Responsible in Inventory of Clinic Supplies and request for replenishment
- -Maintain safety and health equipment, material, supplies, and protective devices in good condition
- - Promote and coordinate good health, workplace safety, and other related matters to engage all employees thru health teaching and information materials
- - Assist in developing and managing emergency procedures/protocols, and health programs and bulletins
- -Perform home visit upon request of OSH Supervisor/Manager
- -Responsible in the delivery of medicine supplies to employees when need arises
- - Assist employees to services offered by OSH, and HMO-related concerns thru coordination with HR
- -Perform other similar or related duties as assigned
What You Need To Have
- - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing ; Must be a Registered Nurse with active PRC license
- - Open to fresh graduates
- - W ork experience in a corporate/ industrial setting is a plus
- - Experienced in dealing with all types of people, situation (particularly in an emergency and critical situation), and environment
- -Having OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) certification is preferred
- - Must possess valid training on Basic Life Support (BLS), First-Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), advance Cardiovascular Life Support (Red Cross certification preferred)
- - Optional BOSH (Basic Occupational, Safety, & Health) certificate
- - Proficient in MS Office applications and must possess the ability to conduct research via internet and varied sources ( Vlookup and PowerPoint presentation)
