The Medical City Clinic is currently looking for a Company Clinic Nurse to be assigned at our corporate client located in various locations in Pampanga: San Fernando, Pampanga, Clark, and Telabastagan. This role is responsible for rendering quality nursing care to patients in the corporate clinic in line with the company's core values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers quality service in terms of prompt response, medicines, and treatment provided on time, explained preparation for procedures and treatment, competent, attentive, and responsive to physical and emotional needs, compassionate and caring.
- Makes necessary referrals to the company Doctor or Dentist and assist patients needing hospital confinement from work.
- Maintains and performs inventory of medicine, clinic supplies, and equipment utilized at the clinic based on the service level agreement.
- Keeps health records of employees and the clinic
- Prepares and submits annual medical reports to government agencies in the absence of a doctor
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
A. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably with BOSH and OHNAP training
B. Experience: at least 6 months or 1 year experience of being a company nurse
C. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Customer Service Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Office applications
- Capable of adapting to turnkey solutions implemented in Clinic Management
