Job Description
Responsibilities
Implement and oversee the company's OSH program in coordination with the OSH Committee
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and submit required reports (e.g., Annual OSH Report, Monthly Safety Meeting Reports)
Conduct mandatory OSH trainings and emergency preparedness drills
Provide first aid and emergency care to employees (e.g., vital signs check, dispensing medicines)
Assess general health status in the absence of a company physician and conduct home/hospital visits if needed
Develop and implement workplace health programs to promote wellness and prevent illness
Educate employees on health and safety practices to reduce workplace accidents
Maintain and secure medical records, equipment, and inventories of medicines and supplies
Coordinate with HMO providers for annual physical exams and employee benefits (SSS, ECC, PAG-IBIG)
Prepare and manage health-related reports and billing accuracy for medical services
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training (Safety Officer 2 certification preferred)
OHNAP Certification
At least 2 years of experience in occupational health nursing.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
